error code 10301 with white screen running vista

sooo for several months ive tried everything posted for this code but still nothing ive downloaded the game in filefront tonight im trying it on cnet so imana let you guys know if it will work if what im doing works i will be soo happy. I alreday ahve all of my stuff prepared so it should work! if not this game needs a major upgrade!

I have the same probleme ... nobody help me and I try the two solution but nothing works ... so I'm really sad :'( can someone help me?

the same thing happened to me buut then i tried to uninstall sp1 and it worked here is the link viewtopic.php?f=39&t=2806&
